While Silva confessed to feeling satisfied with her current aesthetic, her fans asked her to stop going under the knife. Unfortunately, having large breasts can lead to several health problems, such as back pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain. Additionally, breast implants pose their own risks, such as infection and rupture.
